Fans are eagerly awaiting Ben Affleck’s grand debut as the caped crusader in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
And the 43-year-old actor has been given a brand new, high-tech Batcave to play with in the upcoming superhero movie, a far cry from the dark and dreary lair featured in Tim Burton’s original films.
Entertainment Weekly offered fans a glimpse of the sleek set in two Twitter pictures, showcasing a modern design with glass doors and state of the art screens.

The website also revealed that Bruce Wayne will be spending a lot more time in the revamped Batcave alongside his loyal butler Alfred, played by Jeremy Irons.
‘Alfred is a lot more handson in our film than he has previously been,’ Irons told the site.
‘He’s a bit of a grease monkey, and he’s very involved in the decisions Bruce makes.’
Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, will see Affleck’s Batman team up with Henry Cavill’s superman and Wonder Woman, played by Gal Gadot.
The film, due out on March 25, documents the founding of the Justice League, which includes Jason Momoa as the fish-chatting Aquaman, Ray Fisher as the half-mechanical Cyborg, and Ezra Miller as the speedy Flash.
Directed by Zack Snyder, the action adventure also features Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishbourne as Perry White and Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Thomas Wayne.
Iconic baddie Doomsday made a surprise first appearance in the second Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice trailer which premiered earlier this month.
The supervillain introduced by DC Comics in 1992 famously ‘killed’ Superman so no doubt his appearance in the film will have fans salivating.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theatres on March 16 next year.
